Hi.

Siapa cari tips untuk kurus sila baca entry yang lain kerana ini adalah entry tips untuk bersenam. BUKAN kurus. Note that.



aku suka tengok Min dengan Suzy dekat sini. boleh la dia orang distract aku dari tengok jam. haha. oh aku dah tak minat SNSD agak lama jugak sekianterimakasih.

oh itu jelah kut cara yang aku buat setakat ni. Memandangkan asyik hidup menghadap kes kes patients yang macam macam penyakit ada, aku mula takut dan mula menginsafkan diri untuk mengamalkan cara hidup yang lebih sihat. Semoga ini berkekalan. :)

note: mungkin tips ni sesuai untuk senaman dekat gym hostel je kut. kalau berjogging memang aku fail. sebab satu, kena pakai tudung dan proper wear. secara jujur aku malas nak pakai tudung lengkap lengkap leceh. pergi gym hostel kau nak pakai baju tidur pun suka hati kau. dua, jogging kena matahari panas. sakit kepala.
